DO I REQUIRE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

While you can place an order as a "Guest," we recommend registering an account for faster checkout and payment. By doing so, you can conveniently check your order status and avoid the need to re-enter customer details for each purchase.


I CAN'T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the LOGIN page and follow the provided instructions.


CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS THAT ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT?

Unfortunately, purchasing sold-out items is not possible. However, if you register as a member, we will notify you as soon as the item is restocked so that you can stay updated.


AM I ABLE TO ADD DIFFERENT ADDRESSES TO MY PROFILE?

Yes, you can add different addresses by navigating to your profile icon, then selecting "View Address," and clicking on the "Add A New Address" option.


DOES NADA PUSPITA OFFER SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Regrettably, we do not. If you wish to ship to different addresses, you will need to create separate orders for each address.


CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED/SENT?

Unfortunately, you can’t change your shipping address once your order has been dispatched/sent. We only ship to the address selected by you during the order process.


CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER I HAVE CHECKED OUT?

Unfortunately, you cannot add items to your existing order once you have checked out. If you wish to purchase additional items, please create a new order without logging out.


CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS USING A CREDIT CARD?

Absolutely! We accept credit card payments on our website in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Payments are processed after clicking the "Confirm & Pay" button.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO JOIN AS A RESELLER?

Currently, we are not accepting new resellers. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
